What Can You Personalise?

Add a name, meaningful date, personal message, funny saying or your own design. Use the personalisation fields on this page to tell us what you would like, choose a font or upload a logo, photo or design reference for consideration. The designs shown in the product photographs are examples, not your only choices. What we can engrave depends on the artwork and available glass surface.

You can also request a design proof using the product options. If a proof is requested, production begins after you approve it.

Which Lolly Jar Size Should You Choose?

Choose the 700ml jar for an individual treat stash or the larger 1.9L jar when you want more room for sweets. Both sizes are supplied empty so you can add the recipient's favourites yourself.

Production and Delivery

Each Personalised Lolly Jar is made to order by Pixel Burn. Same-day production with next-day delivery options available at checkout. Orders placed before the applicable 6:00 PM AEST (2:30 PM on Fridays) cutoff may qualify for same-day production. Delivery dates are estimates.

Every Pixel Burn order is reviewed by our design team before production begins. Personalisation details are carefully checked to ensure accuracy, layout, and engraving quality.

If an art proof is requested, it will always be provided for approval before engraving. Where clarification is needed, our team will contact you before proceeding with production.

Personalisation is applied exactly as approved. Preview images are for reference only, and each engraved item is unique, with natural variations depending on the material and colour.

All products are designed, engraved, and quality-checked in Australia using dedicated laser engraving equipment.

All personalised orders are produced in-house by our team. Most orders are made the same day or next business day, depending on design approval and current order volume.

We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier networks, with tracking provided once your order is dispatched. Eligible personalised gift orders over $39.99 include free standard shipping, with Express Post, StarTrack Priority and our fastest option, Team Global Express Overnight, available at checkout.

Local pickup is available from our Brisbane City location and is usually ready within 24–48 hours. Please contact our team if wanting to collect your order.

Personalised orders may be cancelled before design or production work begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of the item.

If an issue occurs with your order, our team will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in line with our policies and the Australian Consumer Law.
